ACTS 1:8 PRAYER PLAN

our Jerusalem

1. Pray for our Vision to become a reality:
   "Serving together the churches of the Mallary Baptist Association will make disciples to impact the world"

2. We are praying for our churches and pastors according to an alphabetical list of churches.  Pray this time for First Baptist Church Leesburg (Bobby Harrell, pastor), First Baptist Church Putney (Joe Carr, pastor), First Baptist Church Sylvester (Ben Bush, pastor), and Friendship Baptist Church Albany (Grady Morey, interim pastor).

3. Pray for the churches without pastors: Friendship, Gordy-New Bethel, Kinchafoonee, Northside, Radium Springs, and Sunnyside.

4. Pray for the South Georgia Center, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, (seminary extension) its teachers and students.

5. Pray for our city and county officials in Dougherty, Lee, and Worth Counties.

6. Pray for our schools, boards of education, superintendents, principals, teachers, and students.

7. Pray for the lost in your family and your circle of influence (work, school, recreation, neighborhood, etc.).

8. Pray for unity in the body of Christ in Albany and surrounding area.

9. Pray for the Prayer Conference and Prayer Rally for All Churches with Dr. Gregory Frizzell October 4-5.

10. Prayer for the MBA Annual Meeting October 16.

11. Pray for the Leadership by Design Workshop October 28.

our Judea

1. Pray for our state government officials.

2. Pray for the Georgia Baptist Convention:  its ministries and employees.

3. Pray for the Georgia Baptists' Partnerships: California, Moldova, New York, Yucatan Peninsula (Mexico), Western Canada.

OUR SAMARIA 

1. Pray for our national government officials.

2. Pray for the national elections November 4.

3. Pray for the North American Mission Board and its missionaries.

4. Pray for the Southern Baptist Convention and its missionaries.

5. Pray for the partnership with the Hudson Baptist Association, New York, and Lighthouse Bible Church (Daniel Miles, pastor) and Mitchell Hollow Mission Church (Todd Lucas, pastor).

6. Pray for the revival of God's people and the spiritual awakening of our nation.

OUR UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE WORLD

1. Pray for the International Mission Board and its missionaries.

2. Pray for the one billion plus Muslims of the world that they would come to an understanding of who Jesus Christ is.

3. Prayer for the salvation of the 100 Largest Unreached People Groups (We will pray for four each month.):  the Arian people of Pakistan whose major religion is Islam, the Azerbaijani people of Iran whose major religion is Islam,  the Azerbaijani people of Azerbaijan whose major religion is Islam, and the Bakhai people of India whose major religion is Hinduism.

4. Pray for the situation in Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank that progress toward peace would be made.

5. Pray for protection for our armed forces who are in Iraq.

6. Pray for the people of Iraq as they establish their  government and that they would have an opportunity to hear the Gospel and respond.

7. Pray for the persecuted Christians of the world.

8. Pray for the MBA's partnership with the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.

9. Pray for the Mission Trip to the Yucatan September 20-27.

ANSWERS TO PRAYER

1. Praise the Lord for Bryant Drive Baptist Church calling Ron Stinson as pastor.

2. Praise the Lord for the answer to your prayers for the ministries at the Olympics in China.
